Beta: limits and feedback
What is experimental in CStonx, the known limits of the beta and how to report a problem in under a minute.

CStonx is in beta: the essentials work, but some features are still experimental and may change. This page sums up what to know and how to help.
Give feedback
The Give feedback button (Help menu at the top of every page, and the footer) opens a form: pick the type (bug, usability, hard to understand, suggestion or positive feedback), describe what happened, send. The page, the site version and your screen size are attached automatically.
- Nothing else is sent: no password, cookie, demo or screenshot.
- If sending fails, your message stays in the form so you can try again.
- Feedback is read by the team; it is not public.
What is experimental
| Feature | State | Good to know |
|---|---|---|
| 2D replay and demo statistics | Available | Valve only keeps a match demo for a limited time. |
| Analyze (importing a .dem file) | Available | Nothing is kept after the analysis; size and daily limits apply. |
| Nade Solver | Experimental | Computed off-site, per-account quotas; a suggested trajectory still has to be checked in game. |
| 3D replay and advanced analysis | Experimental | Some values are reconstructed or estimated and labelled as such; maps and models may be missing. |
| Clips | Experimental | Site clips rendered in your browser (they expire with their demo), app clips filmed on your PC. |
| Teams and Playbook | Available | Permissions depend on your role in the team. |
Where to get help
The troubleshooting page and the FAQ cover common cases; service health is on the Status page; the guided tours are optional and never start on their own.
